OEM/ODM Phone Screen & Back Cover Replacement Workflow

Step 1: Separation (Heating & Opening) Use the TBK-288H to safely heat and separate the phone's screen or back cover.

Step 2: Processing (Laser Removal) Use the TBK-958ZP laser machine to quickly remove broken back glass or separate the LCD.

Step 3: Screen Lamination (If refurbishing screen) Use the TBK-208M to laminate the new glass to the LCD and remove bubbles.

Step 4: Applying Glue (Assembly Prep) Use the TBK-006 electric glue gun to precisely apply new sealant to the phone frame or back cover.

Step 5: Pressure Bonding (Sealing) Use the TBK-201P to apply heat and pressure, bonding the new screen or back cover securely.

Step 6: Quality Check (Waterproof Test) Finally, use the TBK-207 Air Tightness Tester to ensure the phone's seal is intact and waterproof.
