Starting from the date of purchase, we provide a one-year comprehensive warranty for all our equipment. During the warranty period, any failures caused by manufacturing defects or product quality issues are covered by our service.
When you encounter any issues with your equipment, we offer the following support channels:
One-on-One Dedicated Technical Guidance: Our professional engineers will communicate with you directly to provide precise fault diagnosis and effective solutions.
Professional Video Guides: We offer detailed instructional videos covering product operation, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting for common issues, available for you to consult at any time.
We understand the importance of efficiency and have set clear standards for our response times:
During Working Hours: We are committed to providing a prompt response to your service requests.
International Customers: For our overseas clients, we commit to initiating a remote video support session within 24 hours to provide a solution.
Free Parts Supply: Within the one-year warranty period, any parts confirmed by our technical team to require replacement will be provided free of charge (the customer is responsible for shipping costs). For high-value core components, a replacement will be sent upon the return of the faulty part.
Full Machine Replacement: If our technical team determines that a device has a major fault and cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a brand-new machine.
(Service Highlight) To save you significant time and logistics costs, you are not required to return the entire faulty machine. You only need to send back the specific, designated core components as instructed by our technical team.
