Polishing Liquid Circulation System: Based on your usage intensity and the specific chemical properties of your polishing liquid, we can optimize the circulation system's tubing material, pump power, or add extra filtration units to extend the liquid's lifespan and maintain peak performance.

Station Count and Layout: Beyond our standard 2-to-16-station models, we can customize a non-standard number of stations (e.g., 10 or 20) or alter the machine's layout (e.g., from a horizontal to an L-shape) to maximize your floor space. Device Size: To meet the demand for processing larger screens (like Apple iPads and other tablets), we can adjust the entire machine structure, customizing a work area that can accommodate the corresponding sizes.

Designed for use with a screen polishing machine to hold a mobile phone or watch securely during the polishing process. Each mold is precisely manufactured for a specific device model (such as Apple iPhone, Apple Watch, Samsung, Huawei, etc.) to ensure the device remains stable, resulting in a uniform polishing effect.

A high-purity glass polishing powder used for removing screen scratches. When mixed with water to form a polishing slurry, it is used with a screen polishing machine to repair surface defects on the glass and restore its original smoothness. Each 500g bottle can be used to restore approximately 50 devices.

Used to restore the oleophobic (anti-fingerprint) coating on a screen after polishing. The original oleophobic layer is removed during the grinding and polishing process. This fluid is applied to regenerate the coating, restoring the screen's resistance to fingerprints and smudges while improving tactile smoothness.

A specialized adhesive for creating a waterproof seal on mobile phone LCD screens after a repair. After application, it must be cured under a UV light to form a protective waterproof layer, shielding the device's internal components from moisture. Each 50ml tube is sufficient for servicing approximately 25 phones.

A device used to accelerate the curing of UV adhesives and coatings. It is equipped with 96 internal light beads at a 365nm wavelength, providing 200W of power for fast and uniform curing. Its interior can accommodate multiple phones simultaneously, and it features a digital timer and a dual-fan cooling system for stable and simple operation.

An automatic machine for the precise and consistent application of various adhesives. It is programmable, allowing custom paths (lines, arcs, circles) to be set for specific needs. The machine offers control over dispensing size, depth, and speed, while a pressure valve system ensures uniform glue output without dripping or leakage. In screen repair, it is used for applying waterproof adhesives like UV glue with high accuracy, improving the efficiency and quality of the seal compared to manual application.

Screen Polishing Machines differ in size, weight, and polishing capacity. (Single- and dual-station desktop models use pressure blocks to generate pressure, while the other blue floor-standing models use cylinders with adjustable downward pressure. A 2-station model can polish two phones at a time, a 4-station model can polish four phones at a time, an 8-station model can polish eight phones at a time, and a 16-station model can polish phones and tablets.) All models produce the same polishing effect.

Our Screen Polishing Machine adopts PLC control, one-button start for simple operation, constant pressure valve accurately controls the downward pressure, the rotating part is equipped with a power assist system to extend the service life of the motor, low noise, built-in air compressor, built-in water tank, small size, light weight and low transportation cost.

It uses a brushless, high-efficiency, low-noise motor with a long service life, generally 3-10 years.

The main component of the sanding blanket is wool, which is a consumable item. It is recommended to replace the sanding blanket after sanding 500-1000 mobile phones or every month. If the machine is not used for a long time, clean the sanding blanket, chassis and water tank, and store them after drying.

Before polishing, check whether the waterproof glue is evenly applied. Use a UV curing box to enhance the curing effect of the waterproof glue. Check whether the phone has been disassembled. A disassembled phone is not suitable for polishing.

1. Continue sanding. Phones with deep scratches will take longer. 2. Replace the sanding blanket. 3. Increase the concentration of sanding powder. 4. Check the pressure.

Check whether the training wheels are intact and whether the water mill is placed level.
