Refurbishing curved screens requires a higher level of precision than flat screens. The curvature creates tension points that make standard separation risky, and the lamination process requires specialized soft-pressure techniques.

We have designed a specialized "Semi-Auto Opening -> Tilt-Laser Separation -> Tilt-Wire Separation -> Airbag Laminating" workflow. This approach combines the consistency of automation with the necessary manual tactile control required for flexible screens.

For curved screens, fully automatic separation can sometimes be too aggressive for delicate flex cables. The TBK 288M is designed as a semi-automatic solution, giving technicians the precision of a machine and the sensitivity of a human hand.

Separating the glass from a curved OLED requires removing the adhesive on the curved edges (R-angles). The TBK 958ZE is optimized for this challenge.
