Parts Support
One-Year Free Parts: Within one year from the date of purchase, we will provide the necessary replacement parts free of charge for any hardware issues caused by non-human-induced damage.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the free parts policy does not cover international or domestic shipping fees, which are the customer's responsibility.
High-Value Part Exchange: For certain high-value components (such as lasers, core motherboards, etc.), you will be required to return the defective part to our company before a new one is dispatched.
Unit Replacement Policy
Confirmation of "Unrepairable" Status: If your equipment experiences a critical failure and is diagnosed by our technical engineers as unrepairable, we will replace it with a brand-new unit.
Old Unit Procedure: You do not need to return the entire old machine. Simply follow our engineer's instructions to remove and return only the specified high-value core components (e.g., motherboard, screen). This policy is designed to save you significant time and shipping costs.
