Step 1: Screen Separation

Scope: iPhone Series (iPhone 6 - 17) | Solves Shattered Back Glass Issues
Frame-Clamping Mechanism: Uses mechanical arms to clamp the phone's metal frame from the sides. Unlike vacuum-based machines, this physically secures the device even if the back glass is severely shattered or missing, completely solving the issue of vacuum loss.
Universal Adjustable Jig: Equipped with a sliding universal jig, it adapts to all iPhone models without the need for changing molds.

Step 2: Laser Efficient LCD Separation
The Core Process: Replacing Physical Cutting with Cold Light Technology
This is the most critical step in the workflow. By using the TBK 958 Series UV Laser Machines, we utilize "Cold Light" technology to directly treat the screen bezel and OCA adhesive layer, replacing high-risk manual prying methods.

Step 3: Final LCD Removal
Thanks to the laser treatment in Step 2, the glue loses its stickiness, making final separation incredibly easy.

Scenario: Fast Mobile Phone Screen Separation
Manual Separation (No Wire Needed): After laser treatment, the OCA layer structure is disrupted. On this device, no cutting wire is needed. Simply add a small amount of alcohol on the heated platform, and the glass cover can be easily lifted off manually.
360° Rotation: The platform supports 360-degree rotation and locking for ergonomic operation.
Option B: TBK 968 2-in-1 Vacuum Separator
Scenario: Tablets (iPad) or Shattered Screens
Tablet Mode (Zone 2): Activates the large-area vacuum mode, providing sufficient suction area to separate iPad screens removed by the TBK 288L (supports up to 14 inches).
Shattered Screen Solution: For screens that are too shattered for laser treatment alone, the 968 uses a heat-resistant silicone pad.
