Equipment: TBK-983B Glue Dispensing Machine Before any water touches the device, it must be sealed. Operators place the phone into the dispenser, which follows a pre-programmed path to apply UV waterproof adhesive with 0.02mm precision. Equipment: TBK-905A UV Curing Box Once sealed, devices are placed in batches into the TBK-905A. Its 200W high-power UV lamps cure the adhesive rapidly. This fast solidification ensures the waterproof seal is robust and fully bonded, ready to withstand the friction and moisture of the polishing chamber immediately.
Tooling: 3D Precision Molds Devices (or standalone screens) are securely mounted into brand-specific 3D Polishing Molds. These molds fit perfectly into the TBK-938's multi-station slots (holding up to 16 units). The precision fit ensures the glass surface is perfectly leveled for even grinding, while protecting the bezel from accidental damage.

The machine circulates a mixture of water and Cerium Oxide powder, while the Wool Pad applies constant, PLC-controlled pressure. This wet-sanding process gently removes the microscopic top layer of the glass, physically erasing scratches without generating heat that could damage the LCD.
Consumable: TBK Oleophobic Coating After polishing, the screen is hydrophilic (water-absorbing). The final step is to clean the device and apply a new layer of Oleophobic Coating.
