Featuring the TBK 208M, this comprehensive unit seamlessly integrates a Screen Separator, Vacuum Laminator, and Bubble Remover into a single compact machine. Equipped with built-in silent compressors and vacuum pumps, it is capable of handling the entire refurbishment process—from separating broken glass to achieving a bubble-free finish—on one device without the need for any external equipment or tools.
Designed for streamlined operation, this series features the TBK 808 and TBK 808A (Extra-Large). These automated 2-in-1 machines combine vacuum lamination and bubble removal with high-performance built-in air compressors and vacuum pumps, eliminating the need for separate peripherals. Managed by HD touch screens and automated temperature controls, they provide consistent, efficient screen refurbishment in a clean, self-contained setup.
Built for high capacity and versatility, this collection includes the TBK 208C, TBK 308A, TBK 508A, and TBK 908. These heavy-duty workstations feature spacious 15-inch working chambers, enabling the repair of large tablets (such as iPads) alongside standard and curved mobile phones. Constructed with durable metal bodies and intelligent pressure control systems, they deliver stable, professional-grade results across a wide variety of device sizes.
Specialized for the delicate refurbishment of Curved Edge screens, this series utilizes advanced Airbag Technology to apply soft, even pressure around screen edges without requiring complex molds. The collection highlights the TBK 708 and TBK 108P for their universal soft-lamination capabilities, alongside the transparent-lid TBK 408 Series (408A/408F) and TBK 401. These machines allow technicians to visually monitor the process in real-time, ensuring safe, precise, and bubble-free results for sensitive OLED and curved mobile displays.

FAQ about OCA Machines
1
Is it better to have a separate OCA Lamination Machine or an all-in-one machine?
The split external vacuum pump air compressor has a higher vacuum degree and better laminating and defoaming effects. The laminating and defoaming machines work separately, which is more efficient and suitable for customers with large quantities. The all-in-one machine does not take up space and is simpler and more convenient to operate, making it suitable for personal repair shops.
2
What are the factors that affect the effect of lamination and defoaming?
The quality of the cover and OCA, operating techniques, machine parameter settings, use of laminating pads, and laminating to curved screens or Apple screens with stands are all important. For best results, it's best to use a dedicated laminating mold. When OCA glue and bubbles fuse under high pressure, they will easily rebound. This rebound is primarily due to poor OCA glue quality. Poor glue quality leads to more impurities, which can cause bubbles to remain in place or rebound. Therefore, choose OCA glue with high quality and a thickness of 200um or 250um. This ensures effective bubble removal.
3
What is the difference between 401 and other manufacturers' airbag laminating machines?
Our laminating chamber has heating function, which will have better effect. Our chamber is made of aluminum alloy, while other manufacturers use acrylic material.
4
What is the difference between 408F and 401?
408F is a cylinder method, 401 is an air bag method. 408F requires an external vacuum pump and air compressor, 401 only needs an external 1L vacuum pump. The sizes are also different. 408F can be as large as 15 inches, and 401 is suitable for mobile phones under 8 inches.
