The TBK 958ZP starts with a simple, icon-driven main menu designed for the most common repair tasks.
The process is streamlined for incredible ease of use:
From the main menu, select the device type (e.g., Phone, Tablet, Watch).
Select the device's brand (e.g., iPhone, HUAWEI, SAMSUNG).
Choose the specific model from the list.
Select the repair type you wish to perform (e.g., Remove back cover glass, Remove front screen).
The machine will load the correct drawing and default parameters. Place the device in the workspace, press Focus, use the red light preview to check alignment, and then press Start.
To get the latest drawings for new devices, connect the machine to the internet:
From the main menu, select Renew (the "One-click update" icon).
In the pop-up, go to Network Settings and connect to your WiFi network.
Once connected, return to the update screen, click Refresh, and wait for the new data to load.
Click Update to complete the process.
You can change the language for the quick guide interface directly from the main menu by tapping the language button in the top-right corner.
For custom projects, you can access the full software by selecting the Software icon from the main menu. This interface allows for detailed design and engraving of text, logos, and vector files.
Select the Text icon (T) from the left toolbar.
An edit box will appear to input your text.
Click the Fill button to open the fill menu and make the text solid for engraving.
Adjust power, speed, and other parameters in the property panel on the right.
Use the red light preview to check positioning before starting the job.
Click the Image or Vector File icon on the toolbar.
Import your file from the machine's storage or a connected USB drive.
For images, adjust the DPI in the object properties—a higher DPI creates a more detailed result.
For both images and vectors, you can use the Reverse function to invert the marking areas.

A brief description of your goal or issue
Q1: What is a UV laser and why is it better for some tasks? A: The TBK 958ZP uses a 355nm UV laser, or "cold light" source. It generates very little heat, which makes it ideal for marking delicate and heat-sensitive materials like plastic, leather, and certain types of glass without causing the burning or damage that can occur with other laser types.
Q2: Do I need to use the advanced software, or can I just use the simple icons? A: You can use the simple, icon-based interface for all standard phone, tablet, and watch repairs that are in the machine's library. For any custom work, such as engraving a personal logo, marking a unique material, or working with your own design files, you will need to use the advanced software interface.
Q3: How do I connect the machine to the internet? A: From the main menu, tap the "Renew" icon, then "Network Settings." From there, you can select your WiFi network and enter the password to connect, just like on a phone or tablet.
Q4: What if the machine doesn’t have a drawing for the phone I am repairing? A: You can use the advanced software to create or import your own drawing files. If you need help with this process or want to request a drawing be added to the online library, our technical support team can assist you through the online chat.
